Installers We Are Looking For:

​

• Retrofit experience: Previous experience in residential retrofit installations, such as Air/Heat Source Pumps, Solar PV, Insulation.

• Relevant Qualifications: You've got the qualifications to prove your know-how - PAS2035 certified, accredited with a body (such as TrustMark, MCS).

• Driver's License: You’ll need to be able to commute to different locations.

• Detail oriented: Complete accurate administrative duties such as data inputting, and completing relevant paperwork, and ensure these are completed to a high standard

• Excellent communication & customer service: strong written and verbal communication, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a respectful attitude to all residents and colleagues.

• Delivery-focused and independent: Work to previously agreed goals and targets with minimal supervision. Action oriented and able to think on your feet.

• Digital competence: You should be comfortable with digital tools and software. Whether it’s energy assessment software, project management apps, or just keeping up with emails, a bit of tech know-how is essential.

• Strong ethical compass: We value honesty and doing the right thing above all else. Our customers' trust in us will extend to you as well

How to Get Started:

Our onboarding journey is meticulously designed to ensure a seamless and efficient collaboration between the provider, the contractor, and residents. This process includes a robust vetting and onboarding process, clear communication protocols, and continuous support to maintain high standards of service delivery.

The Process:

​

1. Fill out the online form below - this will include your contact details, services offered, and regions based

2. We then review your information, such as accreditations, certifications and PAS2035 compliance. Please note we may be in contact should we require further information

3. We have an in-depth phone call with you to iron out the process, and discuss practical implementations for working with us. This involves our customer archetype strategy. We also inform you of the documents needed for the next stage

4. We transfer documents:

   • We review your documents such as insurance, financials and qualifications, as well as industry experience ​

   • You review and sign contracts for our internal policies and codes of conduct, for example our Health & Safety, DEI, Data Privacy policies

5. We will examine full references for your company. This could include on-site visits to previous projects of yours, and according due diligence.

6. The onboarding process takes place - you join the Domna network and project kick-off begins!
